RC.of Chiangmai  is responsible for the completion of the 2 joint one story buildings with 5 rooms, a separate wash basins and toilettes building, a water tank with filter and sanitary system, school equipment such as computers, stationeries, necessary teaching and class tools, having co-sponsorships as a Matching Grant and WCS as followed:

The buildings were completed on the first of November 2007,   and  the other equipments were installed afterwards.  Thus the official handing over ceremony
and the opening of the building was presided over by the above named Rotary Clubs and the Government District officers of MaeWin on the 19^th January 2008.

After the hand-over and ceremony event finished , Half of all Rotarians that participates go to Khunwang Agriculture Reseach Center, Stayed overnight with friendship between Japan, Taiwan and Thai Rotarian.   หลังจากงานส่งมอบศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กเฉลิมพระเกียรติ 80 พรรษาที่ อบต.แม่วิน แล้วเสร็จ  ได้เดินทางต่อไปพักแรมที่ศูนย์ วิจัยเกษตรหลวงขุนวาง โดยมีเพื่อนโรตาเรี่ยนจากสโมสรผังเฉียว ไต้หวัน  และสโมสรซูรูกะ ประเทศญี่ปุ่น ติดตามไปด้วยรวม ประมาณ 20 คน   ได้มีโอกานปะทะสังสรรค์กันจนมึนไปตามกัน  ก่อนที่จะลงมาจากดอยในวันรุ่งขึ้น  .( ดูจากภาพข้างล่าง )
